A private spa isn't a regular spa, only smaller. It's a different way to experience the moment: nobody but you, no schedule imposed within your slot, no onlookers. Here's how it actually works.
Before: booking
You pick your space, your date and your time slot online. The slot is entirely yours: once the door closes, the space is privatised for you alone. No shared changing room, no queue at the sauna, no neighbour on the next lounger.
It's also the moment to add the extras you fancy: bathrobes, a massage, romantic or birthday décor. They're prepared before you arrive — so think of them at booking rather than on the day.
On arrival
We welcome you, show you the space and how everything works, then leave you to it. From that point, the place is yours. You won't cross paths with anyone for the whole of your session.
During: find your rhythm
There's no set route. That said, if you're not sure where to start, this loop works well and can be repeated two or three times:
- Heat — sauna or hammam, a few minutes, without pushing.
- Cool down — the shower, to bring your temperature back down.
- Rest — lounger, jacuzzi or pool. This is where the benefit settles in.
The most common instinct among newcomers is to run everything back to back. That's a shame: rest time is worth as much as heat time. When in doubt, err on the side of slow.

What you don't need to plan for
Every facility in your space is included in your booking. Towels and bathrobes are available on site — as an extra if you'd rather have the comfort of a premium robe. Just bring a swimsuit if you want one: in a fully private space, that's your call.
When to come
We're open Tuesday to Saturday, from 10am to 2am. Late evenings have a particular charm — dimmed light, complete silence — and they're also the slots that go fastest at weekends. For a specific occasion, book ahead.
